Circle Rate & Stamp Charges:

Circle Rate is Rs. 17500/-

Stamp Charges are 8% on the sale value or circle rate (Whichever is higher)

Transfer & NOC Charges:

In case of registered Plot or Villa, Seller have to obtain NOC from Gaurs or RWA or AOA if formed.
